Google Workspace

Import Google Workspace license SKUs into Expirly. Available from the Pro plan onwards.

Prerequisites

• A Google Workspace domain with admin access
• A Google Cloud service account with domain-wide delegation
• The Admin SDK API enabled in Google Cloud Console

Setup

1. Go to Settings → Integrations → Google Workspace
2. Enter your Service Account Email, Private Key, Domain, and Admin Email
3. Click Test Connection to verify
4. Click Import to fetch your licenses

What Gets Imported

• SKU name (e.g., Google Workspace Business Standard, Google Vault)
• License count (assigned seats)
• Product ID and SKU ID

Credential Storage

All Google Workspace credentials are encrypted with AES-256-GCM before being stored in the database.
